Want to Discover Ufa on a Quest?

Dear Translation Forum Russia participants, we would like to remind you that on the eve of the conference, on May 25, Literra Translation Company is hosting an exciting quest around Ufa, building on the success we had with the city orienteering event we had last year in Astrakhan.
During this event, co-organised with the help of Running City project, forum attendees will get to know each other, see the main city sights, test their attention to detail, as well as see how well they work in a team and take their bearings. We also would like to point out that you need not run the entire time — the whole course can be easily walked and takes a couple of hours to complete. You can compose any team consisting of 2 to 4 people (if you have friends among forum participants already or if you are travelling to TFR with someone), and if you are coming alone, do not worry — we will get you on a team.
Ufa is a dynamic city that hosted SCO and BRICS summit in 2015, and has an peculiar ensemble of architectural styles in the city centre that represent different periods from the Russian history. Ufa is a birthplace of the writers Aksakov and Dovlatov, dancer Nuriyev, and singer Shevchuk whose contribution to the development of the Russian rock largely influence d the decision to open a Museum of Rock in Ufa.
TFR participants can take part in the quest free of charge, but we encourage all those willing to participate to undertake a simple registration process by writing to even organiser Ilya Mishchenko at im@li-terra.com so that we know an approximate number of attendees and inform them about preparation tactics before the game.
